10th Anniversary: Platforms Communications Identifies Benefactors, Expresses Gratitude For Support, Contributions

By precisely May 24, 2024, it will be exactly 10 years that Platforms Communications was birthed through its flagship programme, MARITIME PLATFORM, a 30 minutes audience-participatory Radio Program that broadcasts maritime news and discusses topical maritime issues on a weekly basis.

Since then, Platforms Communications has been on a steady growth pedestal, diversifying into online news publications, capacity building programs and youth empowerment initiatives, gender advocacy/women empowerment as well as mentoring of maritime students amongst other unique and innovative programs. 

According to a press statement issued over the weekend by the CEO of the media company, Mr Sylvanus Obasi, he stated as follows: “In this 10 years journey, which has been a mixture of challenges and success stories, ups and downs, good and bad, victories and defeats, profits and losses, as well as pleasures and pains, we can not but give God the glory for his abundance of grace, strength and provision which brought us thus far. 

Also, we cannot but equally identify and express our deepest gratitude to some individuals, corporate organizations and government agencies who kept faith in our vision and continuously supported our programs, brands and initiatives both in thick and thin even at the expense of their own comfort.
